Breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bull, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and similar mixes.

What are the pet fees and deposit?

A $500 pet deposit per pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet are required. Pet registration includes submitting a photo, current vet records, and a completed pet application.

Do I need to be present for maintenance service?

No, you can grant permission to enter when submitting a work order through the resident portal. Please ensure pets are secured prior to service.

How do I pay my rent online?

Rent payments can be made online through the resident portal.

Is parking available at The Chandler NoHo Apartments?

Yes, The Chandler NoHo has a parking garage. Residents must register vehicles during the application process or with the leasing office. One assigned parking space is included per residence. Additional tandem parking is available for $100 per month for eligible households.

What is the Hometown Hero Program?

Eligible police officers, firefighters, paramedics, teachers, and U.S. military members receive a reduced security deposit (up to $200) and a waived application fee.
